Nirbhay is widely regarded as leading global voice on cross border living. Before founding Multipolitan, he led growth across 40 offices at Henley & Partners as Group Head of Business Development and Asia Head of Private Clients.

Lee co-founded Paidy, a unicorn payment network backed by Goldman Sachs and Amazon, later acquired by PayPal for $2.7 billion. He’s now helping productise global mobility at Multipolitan with the same tech-driven mindset.

Lee is a product-led technologist with 15 years experience, he was a founding member of Wavecell, acquired by 8×8 Inc. in 2019. He focuses on building innovative solutions to solve real world problems.

Kevin is the Chief Creative Officer at Multipolitan. He has contributed creatively to iconic brands such as Universal Music, Squarespace, and Sonos. Kevin’s leadership drives innovation and brand excellence.

Sandeep is the Managing Director, Client Advisory for Multipolitan. He formerly served as the Global South Asia Leader at Henley & Partners. In addition, Sandeep brings valuable experience from Accenture and his successful exit from a climate tech startup backed by the Asian Development Bank.

Nicholas is the Managing Director, Operations, leading Global Growth at Multipolitan. With a decade of experience advising private clients at UBS, HSBC, and Standard Chartered, he brings deep cross-border insight. Now based in the UAE, Nicholas focuses on scaling Multipolitan’s presence across both emerging and mature markets.

Chee is the Managing Director, Client Advisory for Multipolitan, with a background in private client advisory and leadership at Henley & Partners. An engineer by training, she began her career as a systems engineer before transitioning to wealth advisory. Outside work, she is also an acclaimed gospel singer.

Niwas Nallasamy is the Director, Client Advisory at Multipolitan. He brings over 12 years of high-touch business development experience within banking and executive search industry. A graduate of Oxford Brookes University, Niwas is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Ayush is the Director, Client Advisory at Multipolitan. Formerly with Henley & Partners, he advised HNWIs on residency planning. After obtaining his MBA in International Business, Ayush has worked in organisations such as Shell and Infosys and brings over a decade of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Consulting, Strategy, and Sales.

Paul is the Director, Client Advisory at Multipolitan. He brings a decade of high-impact business development experience across multiple industries, with prior experience as a Consultant to the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre and at Henley & Partners. Paul also holds an MBA and an MA in Public Relations. Paul spend his time between Ghana & UAE.

Himani is an Associate Director, Client Advisory at Multipolitan. She formerly worked in client-facing roles at a multi-family office and Henley & Partners. Himani collaborates closely with private banks and law firms in Singapore, delivering global mobility solutions for high-net-worth clients across South Asia.

Pranav is an Associate Director, Client Advisory at Multipolitan, advising clients on immigration and residence planning. A graduate of York St. John University, Pranav brings over six years of business development experience with organizations like GLG and Michael Page.

Andrea is an Associate Director, Client Advisory at Multipolitan, delivering global mobility solutions to clients from Greater China. She previously worked in management consulting and MedTech at Deloitte, Adaptovate, and Medtronic. Abhya is the Manager, Client Advisory at Multipolitan. With over three years of experience in international counseling and client advisory at IDP, she is passionate about helping clients navigate global opportunities through residence planning. Through her people-centric approach, Abhya provides clear, confident guidance tailored to each client's unique goals and needs.

Earnest is the Associate Director for Strategic Projects at Multipolitan. He manages special projects and looks after operational and general administrative responsibilities. He previously spent over a decade at Microsoft working in various administrative and operational roles and holds an executive MBA from West Coast University.

Xin Yun is the Manager for Compliance & Ops at Multipolitan. She supports operations & compliance, drawing on experience from Henley & Partners and a multi-family office to streamline strategic goals.
